A Plan of Eating

A plan of eating typically defines what we eat, when, and how much. Many find it helpful to commit their plan of eating to their sponsor or partner in recovery daily and check in about any changes BEFORE making them.

In the first few weeks of this workshop, you will be guided to figure out your  personal binge foods, ingredients, and behaviors to abstain from. You will also be able choose a plan of eating that supports your recovery.
