In addition to writing down your daily food plan, action plan, and eventually Step 4 inventories, it may also be heIpful to gain insight into your thoughts and feelings relating to your daily literature, through writing. The Big Book and other OA approved literature can be found in the bookstore at oa.org.
I suggest reading 3 pages of the Big Book daily and writing about how it relates to you. You can share these writings with another recovering compulsive overeater when making your outreach telephone calls.
